Urban boutique hotel: few rooms, large-chain standards
A city boutique property brought casting, guests' own streaming content and digital services into the room while keeping infrastructure light.

Starting point
- Guests used to their own streaming subscriptions had to watch content on their phone.
- No tool to promote late check-out, upgrades and ancillary services after check-in.
- Complex technical maintenance was not sustainable for the available staff.
What we deployed
- Secure casting (AirPlay and Chromecast) with an isolated session per room and automatic reset at check-out.
- Native Android TV apps for the main streaming services, launched by guests with their own credentials.
- In-room service storefront for upgrades, late check-out, spa treatments and products, charged directly to the folio.
- Centralised Over-The-Air management and updates: no on-site technical intervention required.
Quadro modules deployed
- AirPlay & Chromecast
- Android TV apps
- In-room e-commerce
- Room charge
- OTA updates
- Full branding
Observed outcomes
- Guests play their own content on the room television without leaving credentials on the device.
- An always-on upselling channel after check-in, with no extra load on the front desk.
- Maintenance and updates handled remotely, suitable for a team with no dedicated IT staff.
- Casting sessions wiped automatically at the end of the stay: no guest data remains on the box.
Metrics tracked
- Casting sessions per occupied room
- Conversion rate of in-room upsell offers
- On-site technical interventions per quarter
- TV adoption rate per stay
