1. Data Controller

2. Data Collected and Purposes
- Contact data (name, email, phone, company, message) submitted via the contact form, used to respond to demo or information requests. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
- Browsing data (IP address, user agent, pages visited) automatically collected via server logs and analytics tools, for statistical and security purposes. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
- Third-party cookies and identifiers (Google Analytics) activated only upon explicit consent via the cookie banner. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
3. Processing Methods
Data is processed using electronic tools, with appropriate security measures (HTTPS encryption, access control, backups) and only for as long as strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
4. Retention
Contact data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the request and, unless you object, for a further 24 months for commercial follow-up purposes. Technical logs are retained for 30 days. Data collected via analytics cookies is retained according to the provider's policy (Google Analytics: 14 months).
5. Disclosure and Transfer
Data may be disclosed to providers acting as Data Processors (hosting, email marketing, analytics). Transfers outside the EU are made only to countries covered by an adequacy decision or on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
6. Data Subject Rights
You may exercise your rights under Articles 15-22 GDPR at any time: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. Write to info@savsoft.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) at www.garanteprivacy.it.
